Minimum qualifications

- Strong background in optimization (operations research or related field)
- Attention to detail and critical thinking—you challenge outputs and validate results
- Eagerness to learn new technologies as well as domain knowledge
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in mathematics, computer science or a similar subject
- Experience with software development and production systems
Responsibilities
- Design and develop optimization algorithms for tour planning problems
- Take optimization prototypes from research to production, improving robustness and reliability
- Build data pipelines and analyze algorithm performance
- Engage with end users to deeply understand the business problems we solve
- Work alongside a team of experienced algorithm developers
