In Poznań—like in many other cities—unexpected disruptions to public transit, due to accidents, traffic congestion, or construction work, often occur without timely communication to riders. The result: confusion, missed connections, and declining trust in the system.
To solve this, Poznań is rolling out our Live Route solution. Live Route automatically detects route deviations using real-time GPS data alongside GTFS and GTFS-RT feeds, enabling the city to instantly notify passengers of changes. The system will be integrated with Poznań’s Smart City app, providing clear alerts and route updates.
